All cakes are refined sugar- and plantbased margarine- (trans fat) free and can be made gluten free on request. Cakes can be picked-up fully decorated in Aichi, or send frozen by Yamato. When shipped frozen, the thawing fruit will impact the quality of the cake, so they will be left out and the price will be cheaper for mail orders.
